Find-Money.com provides an AI-powered financial guidance platform that helps users analyse their financial data, discover savings opportunities, track debt payoff, and receive personalised financial insights.

Find-Money.com is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. The Service provides informational guidance based on data you provide and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial professional.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You may not share your account with others

3. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is available on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly)
• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment information is governed by Stripe's terms
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Your Financial Data

• You retain ownership of all financial data you provide to the Service
• You grant us a limited licence to use your data to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload or enter
• We use Plaid to connect to financial institutions — Plaid's terms and privacy policy also apply

5. Not Financial Advice

The AI insights, recommendations, and analysis provided by Find-Money.com are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• A guarantee of financial results

Always consult a licensed financial professional before making significant financial decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the Service on behalf of others without their consent
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find-Money.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, financial losses, or data loss arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated guidance will be accurate or complete.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Find-Money.com operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
