SMS Terms & Opt-Out

Authentication Only — Never Marketing

Find-Money only sends SMS (text) messages for account security:

• Login verification
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Password reset verification codes
• Fraud alerts
• Other important account security notifications

We never send marketing, promotional, advertising, sales, or affiliate messages by SMS, and never will. We never share your mobile number with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity (logins, security events, and requested codes). Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS from Find-Money at any time, in any of these ways:

• Reply STOP to any Find-Money text message. You'll get one confirmation reply, and no further SMS will be sent to that number.
• Open the app or website and go to Settings → Security → SMS Preferences, then choose Disable SMS Authentication.
• Contact support@find-money.com and we'll disable it for you.

Opting out never locks you out of your account — email-based verification always remains available as a fallback authentication method.

Opting Back In

If you previously opted out by replying STOP, reply START to the same number to opt back in. Re-enabling SMS as your login-code method still requires proving ownership of your phone again from Settings → Security.
